Are West Ham supporters overly harsh on Manuel Lanzini?Yes, he's still talentedNo, not good enough |
Lanzini has been the 12th-best performer for the Irons in the Premier League so far this season with a respectable 6.65/10 average rating (per WhoScored).
However, after contributing just two assists and zero goals in 19 league appearances (per WhoScored) fans were left frustrated with the 27-year-old.
Fastest and most skilful I’ve seen him this year!

What do we think?
As can be judged from the responses from West Ham supporters, it is clear to see that many fans are unhappy with the level of performances that Lanzini has delivered this term.
However, the Argentine has still made the most key passes per league game on average (1.5) and has the greatest passing accuracy (86.3%) in the West Ham squad (per WhoScored), so perhaps supporters should cut the 27-year-old some slack.
