Sullivan doesn’t ‘fear’ it. He’s salivating. ??

There’s no fear about it, it’s been the plan from the moment he established himself in the team

If a £70-million offer arrived for Declan Rice, would you be willing to accept it?Yes, that's good moneyNo, that's not enough |
According to this report, the Hammers value the 21-year-old Englishman at £70 million but it is not completely clear if Chelsea could afford the fee due to the financial impact of the current viral outbreak.
After the report was shared to social media, supporters continued airing their opinions on the link between Rice and two of the Premier League’s ‘big six‘.
The reality is he will go & also fully deserves to go too
West Ham will never offer him a level or platform that his ability deserves, he is way too good for us & deserves an opportunity to play at his level & compete for the highest trophies
It’s his right & good luck to him

He’s our future captain… we’ve been here before and it’s never worked selling our best players. Even if you get £100m we never replace with the right calibre

I’d love for him to stay and West Ham refuse any offers. However, being West Ham, we will let him go

That would be a bigger loss than when we sold Rio. What folllowed that debacle was one disaster after another. This would have the potential to really alienate fans unless the revenue received was staggering and all of it reinvested.

What do we think?
As can be judged from the responses from these West Ham supporters, they would be unhappy to see the young Englishman leave the London Stadium, however, some also appear to believe it to be inevitable.
This season, Rice has been the fourth-best performer for the Hammers in the Premier League with a 6.95/10 average rating (per WhoScored). These impressive performances have clearly convinced some Hammers fans of his qualities.
