Spurs fans on Twitter have been discussing Juan Foyth and his role at the North London club.
A Spursy Podcast asked fans for their opinions on the Argentinian defender and his future with the Lilywhites and this attracted the attention of plenty of supporters of the North London club. Spurs signed the centre-back from Estudiantes back in 2017 for £11.7 million (as per Transfermarkt), but he has made just 32 first-team appearances in nearly three years with the Lilywhites.
So far this season, the 22-year-old has made just one start in the Premier League, in a 2-2 draw against Norwich City, when Jose Mourinho subbed the young defender at half-time, after a disappointing display which earned him a 5.4 rating.
What is the best option for Foyth?
Play him
Loan him
Sell him
A sample of tweets from Spurs fans discussing Foyth can be seen in the tweets below.
Not good enough to start for us. Still young so we can sell him for a decent price. Would much rather we sell him and re-invest in a Class CB that this team really needs.

These Spurs fans seem to agree that Foyth isn’t good enough to be playing for the club and needs to be moved on.
What do we think?
Foyth is just 22 years old and is a regular for the Argentinian national side; having earned 10 senior caps, so perhaps Spurs should look to loan him out rather than selling the £12.15 million rated man.
