Spurs fans have been discussing the latest transfer rumour which sees them being linked with a move for Fenerbahce striker Vedat Muriqi.
According to Fotomac (via Ricky Sacks), the North London club are battling to complete the summer signing of the Kosovan striker, who is currently valued by the club at €20 million (£17.6 million). The report also suggests that the Turkish side are already looking at replacements for the 25-year-old striker, suggesting he is likely to be on his way out during the summer transfer window.
So far this season, the Kosovan international has averaged an impressive 7.46 rating for his performances in the Super Lig; having contributed 13 goals and four assists in the top-flight. Jose Mourinho’s side had been forced to play without a recognised striker for a significant period following the hamstring tear suffered by Harry Kane in January, so it is no surprise to see them being linked with the Fenerbache forward.

Ive said it before, all I want is a striker with 2 legs that can breathe. In all seriousness, he fits the profile of what Mourinho is looking for and would come at a reasonable price. I am on board with this.

Why ? I think he will be a prefect signing for us as a backup striker or second striker.

As a back-up sure. Still would prefer a better player that could start with Kane in some games, replace him in others and even give him a push if he is in a dip in form but no way Levy pays for that.
He is better than the nothing we currently have in the back-up striker role

These Spurs fans seem keen on a move for Muriqi in the summer transfer window.
What do we think?
Muriqi’s goal record this season speaks for itself and with whoscored listing his strengths as aerial duels and finishing, he could prove to be an excellent back-up to Kane next season.
