A lot of Newcastle United fans have responded to a tweet from NUFC 360, which has relayed quotes made in the Daily Mirror.
The Mirror claims that Kevin Keegan is being lined up for a return to Newcastle once the takeover is completed – which they believe could be done by the end of this week.
Keegan will reportedly be offered an ambassadorial role when Newcastle’s takeover is completed.
The Mirror published this story on Saturday and claimed that the deal could be done within 10 days – which wouldn’t leave long before an official announcement.
Would you want Keegan back if the takeover happens?
Yes
No
Apparently, Keegan’s return is a high priority, and the report has drawn a good reaction from these Toon fans.

What do we think?
Keegan was the manager at St. James’ Park on two occasions, but he disagreed with the way Mike Ashley was running the club and has publicly criticised the Magpies’ current owner.
If the Toon were to bring him back in some capacity, it would be a popular move, judging by the reaction of these Toon fans.
