Leroy Sane has been in contact with the Bayern Munich boss Hans-Dieter Flick, according to Sport Bild. It’s claimed that the coach has already shared his plans for the player if he is to join the Bundesliga leaders and that as a result of the conversation, a proposed move is ‘another step towards’ happening.
The report details that the exchange between the two was a phone call which lasted 30 minutes. The German international has been linked with a return to his country of birth for a number of months now, but is yet to feature in the Premier League for Pep Guardiola’s side this season after having suffered a serious injury in August’s Community Shield.
What have some of the City faithful made of this latest report?
Just sell him straight up. If he’s not looking forward to committing his future to City, we shouldn’t keep him any longer. Get the cash and send him on his way. We can use the cash to buy Centre Backs and brag about our net spend for the next 10 years.

Sounds like tapping up that as doubt we would of given them permission to do that.

Typical Bayern not tapping up just having a nice friendly chat…

What do we think?
It’s clear that these supporters have grown frustrated by this transfer saga that seems to have been rumbling on for an age. There also appears to be general disapproval over the way Bayern Munich have reportedly conducted themselves throughout and in our view, the fans are right to label what they’ve allegedly done as ‘tapping up’.
