Bayern Munich remain interested in Manchester City winger Leroy Sane and are hopeful of signing the player for a knock-down fee of around £61m this summer – according to The Sun.
Despite the injury troubles that have seen him yet to feature for Pep Guardiola’s side in the Premier League this season, the Bundesliga leaders continue to show a strong interest in the former Schalke player.
Sane arrived in Manchester back in 2016 for a reported fee of £45.45m and has represented the club on 134 occasions so far (via Transfermarkt.co.uk). He has scored 39 goals, provided 45 assists and is currently valued at £72m.
How do these City fans feel regarding the latest reports concerning the German international’s future?
Let him go already . Am sick of seeing the news on Leroy

I remember seeing £100M not all that long ago, then last week it was £70M, now we’re down to £60M?? If they’re patient and they play their cards right, Bayern should be able to get him on a free transfer… ?

Would you sell Leroy Sane this summer?
Yes
No
City should start a bidding war and offer him to other clubs for £90m. Even with these crisis no way we will sell him for £61m.

What do we think?
It’s clear from the above replies that many have grown tired of the constant speculation which surrounds the 24-year-old. The price being quoted has also angered fans who believe the player is worth far more, even when taking his injury problems and football’s suspension into account.
