Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to respond to the latest post from former Reds goalkeeper Pepe Reina.
This comes as it was revealed that the Spaniard had been battling health issues amid the viral pandemic – with Reina sharing a post on his official Twitter page that included footage of himself training in his garden, in which he expressed his thanks for all the support he has received.
Reina captioned this post with the message: “At the end of a storm… there’s a golden sky. Ready to keep fighting.”
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Liverpool fans who were quick to send their own messages of support for their former shot-stopper.

What do we think?
It’s heartwarming to see so many Liverpool fans sending their love and well-wishes to Reina despite him currently playing for another Premier League team.
During his time at Anfield, Reina made 394 appearances for the club and managed to keep 177 clean sheets (per Transfermarkt).
It’s great to hear that Reina is over the worst and getting back to his usual self.
