Liverpool fans have flocked to Twitter to react to a recently posted image of a young Jurgen Klopp during his playing days.
This comes after Liverpool fan Twitter account @empireofthekop shared a post on their page that included the image of Klopp while he was playing at German side FSV Mainz 05.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Liverpool fans who were quick to share their reactions to seeing a younger version of the Reds manager.

Klopp spent the last 11 years of his playing career with Mainz from 1990 to 2001 after numerous spells at other clubs in Germany (per Transfermarkt). As a manager, Klopp took over at Liverpool back in October 2015 and has since taken charge of 254 matches as Reds boss, winning 156 of those matches (per Transfermarkt). Now that this image of Klopp in his playing days has emerged on Twitter, this has given lots of Liverpool fans the opportunity to share their reactions to it.
