What do we think?
In addition to having enjoyed an impressive overall tenure at Leicester City thus far, it may be fair to say that 33-year-old Vardy has also been in impressive form for the Foxes this season.
Vardy has scored 19 goals in his 26 Premier League appearances for the Foxes thus far during the 2019/20 campaign. This makes him the club’s top goalscorer in the league this term, scoring more than twice as many goals as Leicester’s second-highest Premier League goalscorer this season. Furthermore, Vardy is also currently the Premier League’s top goalscorer for the 2019/20 season, scoring two more goals than the league’s second-highest goalscorer.
With all of that in mind, it may be understandable why many Leicester City supporters might hold a particularly high opinion of Vardy at present.
