Some Leicester City fans have flocked to a tweet that was recently posted by Foxes-focused Twitter account @FIRST4LCFC who have shared that Leicester “are reportedly closely scouting” Rangers attacker Alfredo Morelos.

Reports linking the Foxes with a move for the Colombian international originally surfaced via The Sun, who have claimed that Leicester and their fellow Premier League competitors West Ham United “are on red alert to make a move” for Morelos.

@FIRST4LCFC’s tweet sharing this news has caught the attention of many Foxes supporters on social media recently. Many of the Leicester fans who have been reacting to these reports have been displeased by these links, with one Foxes supporter describing Morelos as an “absolute liability”. When was Rangers Football Club incepted?

Woudl Alfredo Morelos be a good signing for Leicester City?

YES, HE WOULD BE A GOOD SIGNING

YES, HE WOULD BE A GOOD SIGNING

NO, HE IS A LIABILITY

NO, HE IS A LIABILITY

What do we think?

While The Sun have recently claimed that Leicester are interested in the 23-year-old Colombian, conflicting reports have also recently emerged from Scottish publication The Daily Record who have claimed that Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers “has no interest” in signing Morelos

Considering that Gers manager Steven Gerrard has previously described the Colombian attacker as “the Rangers player who challenges him most”, as well as the fact that Morelos has been sent off on a total of seven different occasions during his time at Ibrox, it may be understandable why some Leicester fans have reacted negatively to the reports linking their club with the attacker.
