Supporters of Everton have been reacting to a Twitter post from the club’s English winger, Theo Walcott.

On Saturday night, the 31-year-old attacker posted a photo of himself with a vacuum cleaner asking how everyone’s Saturday night was (per Theo Walcott), which got lots of Everton fans talking.

To kick off this quiz on the goings-on with the Toffees last week, which Serie A midfielder, who has been linked with a move to Goodison Park, was reported to be available for a cut-price in the summer?

If you were to clean some tiles in your house, how would you do it?

Over the duration of the Premier League season so far, the former Arsenal attacker has been the seventh-worst performer for the Toffees with a weak 6.41/10 average rating (per WhoScored).

However, following the Englishman’s post to Twitter, Everton fans continued to flock to the comments section with their take on Walcott vacuuming some tiles.

What do we think?

As can be seen from the responses, many Everton supporters took the post from the £13.5 million-rated man (per Transfermarkt) a little tongue in cheek by calling him out for hoovering tiles instead of moping them.

However, it is still good to see the players keeping up their rapport with the supporters via social media in what is an undeniably difficult time for all.
