One fan even suggested that Alisher Usmanov could even finance the deal, which could relate to his involvement with the club and a potential naming rights deal for the proposed new stadium.

Would you be happy if the Toffees brought in Arkadiusz Milik in the summer for around £30 million?Yes, would be a great signingNo, need to recruit elsewhere |
Over the duration of the season so far, Milik has been the best-performing player for Napoli in Serie A, with a solid 7.11/10 average rating (per WhoScored).
While the striker has made only 16 appearances in the league, he has netted nine times (per WhoScored), however, some Everton fans were not happy with the transfer link.
This doesn’t add up..

What do we think?
As can be seen in the responses from Everton supporters, some are unsure on the reported move for the Polish striker with a few fans stating already having Dominic Calvert-Lewin for the reason why.
However, this season Milik has averaged better than the English forward in several key stats. The Serie A frontman has had an average of 3.4 shots, 0.9 key passes and 1.8 poor controls per league game (per WhoScored).
In the same areas, Calvert-Lewin has had an average of 2.4 shots, 0.5 key passes and 2.9 poor controls per Premier League game (per WhoScored), so, Milik could be a better option.
