Fans of Everton have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports that the club are interested in the signing of Torino and Italy striker Andrea Belotti this summer.
According to Italian publication Tuttosport (via Sport Witness), Everton will attempt to move for the striker this summer, who is reportedly valued at €60 million (£52.7 million) by the Italian club.
In reaction to the reports, which were relayed by The Gwladys Street on Twitter, fans of the club have flocked to share their opinions on the matter, with many stating that they do not believe the transfer will happen.

best position as he is a brilliant crosser, great defensively and is amazing cover for an attacking fullback such as Sidibé. Plus, we all know DCL struggles with passing a lot so having a striker who is a great passer (which Richy is not as of yet) would improve all three hugely

What do we think?
While many fans appear not to believe the rumours linking them to the £36 million-rated Belotti, it is hard to argue that he would not be a good signing for the club.
So far this season, the Torino captain has scored nine goals and provided two assists in his 23 Serie A appearances, in addition to a further six goals and one assist in six Europa League fixtures.
As such, with both European and international experience – Belotti has nine goals in 27 appearances for Italy – it would appear that the striker could be just what Everton need to take them to the next level.
