Would you class Duncan Ferguson as an Everton legend for his efforts on and off the pitch?Yes, it is undoubtableNo, not quite a legend |
As a player, Ferguson spent ten years at Goodison Park between 1995 and 2006, having arrived from Rangers and retired at the end of his stay in Merseyside. The Scot had two spells at the club which sandwiched a year and a half with Newcastle United (per Transfermarkt).
To cement his position in Everton folklore, the 48-year-old guided the club to an unbeaten run in the Premier League as interim manager after Marco Silva’s sacking (per talkSPORT).
Aw, that’s great that. Love Big Dunc. Happy Anniversary.?

What do we think?
As can be seen in the responses from Everton supporters, it is clear to see that Ferguson has their admiration from his time as a player and then his role off the field with the club.
What is also great to see is the footage itself, in what are undeniably difficult times, it is fantastic that Ferguson is recording video messages for the Goodison Park faithful.
