Supporters of Everton have fumed with a report which has suggested how the Premier League may finish the current season.
According to the Athletic, executives of England’s top flight are growing increasingly concerned that they have nowhere left to turn to salvage the current season, with games being played in China even on the table (via Toffee TV), which fans were furious with.
Would you be happy if the Premier League season was to be played out in China?Yes, seems a sensible optionNo, that doesn't make sense |
ACCORDING TO @TheAthleticUK:
Premier League officials are now getting fearful they have nowhere left to turn to salvage the current campaign with games in China even on the table.

As also stated in the report by the Athletic, a video conference between the 20 Premier League clubs will be taking place to discuss possible avenues.
However, supporters of Everton continued to air their fury with the supposed plans on how to finish the Premier League season after the news was shared to Twitter.
Obviously we have to finish the season through a 20-way chess tournament between all the managers… obviously

What do we think?
While football is currently suspended until at least 30th April (via talkSPORT), it is easy to imagine that deciding how the season should be finished to appease all is somewhat of a logistical nightmare.
However, as can be judged from the responses from Everton supporters, they are furious with the latest notion from the Premier League on finishing the season in China.
