Aston Villa fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest transfer news concerning winger Trezeguet.
This comes after Villa fan Twitter account @astonforza shared a post on their page relaying news originally posted in a tweet by football journalist @ManuLonjon.
The journalist revealed that the Egyptian could leave Villa Park this summer with Turkish clubs Besiktas and Galatasaray interested in the winger.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Villa fans who were delighted with this latest development.

In his first season at Villa, the Egyptian has scored four goals and provided three assists in 31 appearances for Dean Smith’s side in all competitions so far this season. Now that this latest rumour has emerged on Twitter that Trezeguet could be heading off to Turkey after just one season in Birmingham, this news has delighted a number of Villa fans who couldn’t hide their joy at the thought of Trezeguet leaving the club.

What do we think?
It’s a shame to see how these Villa fans have reacted to the idea of Trezeguet leaving the club this summer. However, it is clear to see why they would react like this given Trezeguet’s poor goals and assists record for the club this season.
