Aston Villa fans have taken to Twitter to respond to the latest news surrounding the club’s kit manufacturers Kappa.
This comes after Villa fan Twitter account @astonforza shared a post on their page relaying quotes originally published by the Villa Trust via the Birmingham Mail.
After being asked questions on the current Villa kit in a recent meeting between the Villa Supporters Trust and Kappa, the kit company promised the fans that “there will be no repeat of the well-publicised issues with kits for forthcoming seasons.”
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Villa fans who were eager to share their thoughts and feelings on the matter.
Here’s a sample of Villa fans responding to the post:

Do you have a problem with Villa's Kappa kits?
Yes
No
The club announced their partnership with Kappa back in May 2019 (per AVFC). But their first season with Villa has caused some concerns with Villa fans, with quality control, shirt availability, poor customer service and shirt sizing all being issues raised in the recent meeting with the Villa Supporters Trust. Now that Kappa have come out and reassured the Villa fans that these issues will be fixed for the future, this has opened the door for lots of Villa fans to share their criticisms for the company.
Kappa are garbage

Awful quality, Bought from the 4 Villa online shop but they are through KitBag, two faulty, one really bad one, asked me to send it back I but I cover the postage and if they felt it wasn’t their fault I would have to pay to get it back again. So awful customer service too ?????

Kappa again….nooooo. I’m going to have to buy our 9 coming 10 year old the XS men’s which is annoying because it’s double the price and he’s going to want printing as well as the shorts and socks.

Kappa are the only brand that makes you pine for Macron ?

What do we think?
It’s good that Kappa have recognised the issues with the shirts and intend to fix them for the future. It appears that despite this recent statement from Kappa that they will improve their next kits for the Birmingham club, this hasn’t done much to change these Villans’ minds on how much they dislike their current shirts.
