Fans of Aston Villa have been reacting to a post on Twitter, in which Jack Grealish reflects on Villa’s FA Cup semi-final victory against Liverpool back in 2015.
Goals from Christian Benteke and Fabian Delph saw Villa come from a goal behind to defeat Liverpool 2-1 in the 2015 FA Cup semi-final, and in a recent post on Twitter, captain Grealish posted images from the match, while commenting: “5 years ago today… One of my favourite days ever.”
In reaction to his post, fans of the club have flocked to have their say on the matter, with many sharing their own memories from the match, while others have simply praised the midfielder for his contributions over the years for their club.

What do we think?
Grealish recently received criticism for breaking strict lockdown rules imposed by the government, after the midfielder crashed his car into several parked vehicles, having reportedly been at a friend’s house.
However, judging by their comments in response to the 24-year-old’s latest tweet, Villa fans appear to have forgiven their midfielder, with many joining Grealish in reliving the joy of their famous semi-final victory against Liverpool.
