Aston Villa fans on Twitter have been drooling over a recently posted image of an old Villa shirt.
This comes after Villa fan Twitter account @dave_hitchman shared a post on their page that included an image of a Villa shirt from the 1984/85 season.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Villa fans who were in awe with the shirt from 35 years ago.
Here’s a sample of Villa fans responding to the post:

Would you buy this kit if it were on sale?
Yes, take my money
No, it's not that nice
The 1984/85 season saw Villa finish in 10th place in the top division of English football (per Transfermarkt). In 42 league matches, Villa scored 60 goals and conceded the same amount (per Transfermarkt). Now that an image of the kit Villa wore during this season has been doing the rounds on Twitter once again, this paved the way for lots of Villans to share their admiration for the shirt.
Just beautiful #utv

What do we think?
In our opinion, the shirt in question has a very nice design that has certainly caught the eye of these Villa fans.
