With there being no football matches to keep Championship fans amused, Swansea City fans have resorted to past footage to keep themselves entertained.
Yesterday, Football on BT Sport’s Twitter account posted footage of Bersant Celina scoring a sensational goal against Manchester City in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup in 2019.
This footage was shared by Wayne Routledge on Twitter, causing fans to praise the goal itself. They applauded Routledge’s movement during the passage of play, but ultimately credit the entire team for the effort.
Your movement is brilliant there. Team goal in every sense.

Others claim that they were robbed on the day. Two controversial decisions in the second half helped Manchester City win the game 3-2. A questionable penalty decision and an offside goal saw Swansea make an exit from the cup competition.
What a great goal great game and we were robbed by the lack of VAR, I still hate VAR but would have loved it that day we deserved so much more.

Would Swansea have gone on to win the FA Cup if they beat Manchester City?
Yes
No
What do we think?
While Swans fans enjoyed the goal, the footage only reminded them of what could have been. Manchester City eventually went on to win the FA Cup final, thrashing Watford 6-0 in the process.
Being knocked out by the side in such controversial fashion has Swansea fans questioning if it should have been them lifting the coveted trophy instead.
