While English football is currently suspended, Leyton Orient have decided to host a FIFA tournament. The tournament includes the participation of 128 professional football teams.
The tournament aims to provide football fans across the world with their football fix while raising money for EFL clubs who may be taking a financial hit during the prolonged shutdown.
Sunderland AFC signed up to take part in the tournament beating Birmingham City in the first round. Unfortunately for the Black Cats, they were knocked out by Fortuna Sittard this week. However, the match wasn’t even close, with the side suffering a 10-0 defeat.
Would you have liked to see Sunderland go further in the UltimateQuaranTeam?
Yes - It's the only Sunderland I can watch
No - I'm not a big video game fan
The match was obviously a tough blow for any Sunderland fans who were invested in the tournament. In fact, many even called for Phil Parkinson to be sacked because of it. We expect that they are just having a bit of a laugh, though.

What do we think?
We’re sure the fans aren’t that concerned with their side being knocked out of the competition, especially considering it is a charity event after all. However, the chants of ‘Parky out’ are likely rooted in the fans current frustrations at the side’s recent form.
In their last four games, Sunderland have lost two and drawn two. While the scores haven’t been as bad as the 10-0 defeat they suffered against Fortuna Sittard, the consequences were much worse, with them dropping down out of their playoff position.
