A lot of Sheffield Wednesday fans have flocked to a post from their club, remembering their former striker David Hirst.

The video compilation put together by the Owls is nearly two and a half minutes long and features a collection of Hirst’s best goals for Sheffield Wednesday.

The footage released by Wednesday shows Hirst scoring all types of goals from all different angles, and it has allowed these Owls fans to reminisce about the now 52-year-old.

We think that this was a nice tribute to Hirst, and the video shows a striker who clearly knew where the net was.
