Asked DC if he is still here for the long haul: "Everything in life can change very quickly, you only have to see what is happening around the world right now but today I am happy and I wish to pass our club to my son." #SWFC @LiveSwfc https://t.co/stgddB1n2y

Chansiri is either too dumb for words or others have a financial interest in Owls, like Doyen did with Twente in Holland.

Chansiri out, he is simply deluded, I thought that North Korean chap was a dictator but Dejphon is our worst nightmare.

But at the last fans forum he told us he was going to start listening to offers with the intention to sell. I know he was annoyed at the time, but to completely turn back to his original intentions is very controversial

Already alienated one club legend and well on his way to doing the same to another. #swfc

What do we think?
In addition to this revelation, Chansiri declared that he still wants to “fulfil the fans’ dreams” of getting back to the Premier League in this interview, explaining that he wants “there to be a strong foundation” for when he passes the club to his son.
According to a report by The Guardian from December 2018, Chansiri did previously claim that he intended to sell Sheffield Wednesday. However, his recent interview with Yorkshire Live suggests that he may have had a change of heart in this regard.
If Chansiri’s claims that he wants to help the club get back to the Premier League in order to leave “a strong foundation” for his son when he eventually takes the reins at Hillsborough are to be believed, then his decision to remain at the club may be a positive one for Owls fans who may wish to see their club play in the top-flight for the first time since being relegated from the Premier League back in the 1999/00 season.
