Rangers managed to dispatch Ross County yesterday after Ryan Kent scored a goal in the 77th minute of the match – which also saw the introduction of Jordan Jones.
Jones has struggled to return to the first team since picking up a knee injury in September. He has made some brief appearances for the first team since, but not consistently.
However, when Jones came on for Glen Kamara, he obviously did something right. This was evident after reading some of these tweets published by Rangers fans. They were very impressed with him when he came on. One fan suggests that Jones should make a brief appearance against Bayer Leverkusen this week so that he is fit for the Gers’ Old Firm clash against Celtic next weekend.
Jordan Jones has been brilliant since coming on. Wonder why we haven’t seen him enough… ?

People have been hating on Jordan Jones for “not being good enough” when he was class at the start of the season, scored the goal that sent us to the Europa League, got a long-term injury and has barely featured since. The guy showed today he has the desire and drive.

Jordan Jones must be in the team going forward surely. He is very direct, always looks to drive at players and take them on. Deserves a start in the Old Firm next week and perhaps more game time v Bayer Leverkusen before hand. pic.twitter.com/ljzSFjhURr

Will Jordan Jones feature against Bayer Leverkusen?
Yes
No
What do we think?
It might be a lot to ask of the player to be ready for massive matches against Bayer Leverkusen and Celtic. He has played just 560 minutes of football this season.
However, his cameo against Ross County has convinced many fans that he is ready for the opportunity.
