Despite being unable to watch their favourite players ball out on the football field right now because of the current lockdown of Scottish football, Rangers fans were able to watch highlights of someone who could pull on the Rangers shirt for the side in the future.
But, unlike most transfer rumours, this player hasn’t played a second of professional football yet.
The footage was of a young fan practising his skills while wearing a full Jermain Defoe Rangers kit. Rangers shared this footage online, much to the amusement of their fans.
They applaud the gusto of the young player, admitting that he could have what it takes to pull on a Rangers shirt at Ibrox in the future.

The young supporter will likely get a good kick out of seeing his tekkers shared online by his favourite club. Who knows, maybe this will inspire him to go on and have a career at Ibrox in the future? For now, however, we’re sure he’ll just enjoy getting out on the field and kicking a ball.
