This week, Rangers fans responded to rumours that Nathaniel Clyne could be tempted to make a move from Liverpool to Rangers on a free transfer in the summer. This news was shared online via True Blues Loyal on Twitter following reports from Football Insider.
The report suggests that the 28-year-old is out of contract at the end of June, with Liverpool not looking likely to offer the Englishman an extension to his current contract.
True Blues Loyal’s post then asked fans if they would like to see Clyne make the move to Ibrox. Many fans admitted that they would like to see him step in for James Tavernier, claiming that he would be an improvement on his fellow countryman.
Here are a few of the fans’ responses.
