Fans of Nottingham Forest have been reacting to a post by John Bostock, in which the 28-year-old reflects on Nottingham Forest’s 2-2 draw with Middlesbrough on Monday night.
Bostock, who joined Forest on loan from Toulouse last summer, has made four Championship appearances this season, providing one assist.
However, despite having only played 98 minutes of football prior to Monday night, Bostock impressed for Forest after coming off the bench with 12 minutes remaining.
Following the match, Bostock tweeted: “Great to be back out there last night. Another important point, let’s keep pushing. #glorytoGod”
In reaction to his post, Forest fans flocked to his replies, with many praising the £675k-rated midfielder’s impact on the game, while others stated their belief that Bostock should keep his place in the side for Forest’s upcoming fixtures.

What do we think?
With Forest seemingly struggling to break down teams below them in the table, having lost to Charlton, and dropped points against QPR and now Middlesbrough over their last six fixtures, Bostock’s performance on Monday evening could convince Sabri Lamouchi that he has found a solution.
In comparison to 28-year-old’s impressive performance, fellow loanee Adama Diakhaby played awfully in Monday night’s fixture, meaning that Bostock will perhaps have one less rival for a place in Sabri Lamouchi’s starting XI on Friday.
