A lot of Leeds United fans have responded to a piece from Phil Hay revealing what price Leeds can sign Jack Harrison for.
The piece is from January and focuses on Illan Meslier and Harrison, but Hay reposted it after the Manchester City loan man turned in a brilliant performance in the Whites’ 4-0 mauling of Hull City.
Was this Harrison's best match in a Leeds shirt?
Yes, he was incredible
No, he was good but no end product
The Athletic reporter claims that Leeds have an option to buy Harrison for £8m in the summer, while he looked like he was worth at least that on Saturday as Harrison terrorised Hull all afternoon, with WhoScored naming him as the Man of the Match with an 8.97/10 display.
Certainly, these Leeds fans want their club to sign the winger permanently and believe it would be a bargain deal.
Not sure Jack Harrison has played better than he did yesterday. A nightmare to contain. Could be Leeds’ for £8m in the summer:https://t.co/rGHmr68Ike

He has turned into an outstanding player. Bargain at £8m.

An absolute steal for that kind of money! Did City not rate him at all? Big credit to Harrison but also credit to MB, he’s taken the lad up a few levels!

I’m sorry but you really can see why city first quoted us 20m. He’s easily going to be worth that. Next year he’ll be unreal

Has to be. Regardless of which league we end up in. Will be a snip at that price

he’ll tear up the PL – should have a lot more space as well!

Absolute bargain at £8m. Let’s take a moment to remember we sold Clarke to spurs for £10m ?

£8m for an English player (given how that inflates the price) is an absolute steal in my opinion. He gets better with every game.

BARGAIN.
Been different class than last year. Always creating trouble for the defenders when he has the ball #Lufc— Emil Ali Buran (@BuranEmil) March 1, 2020
Regardless of what happens we need to make this happen. He will be even better in his 3rd spell I’m sure.

£8m!! That’s a steal!

What do we think?
Harrison did not score or assist against Hull, but he did everything else.
The 23-year-old saw a stunning curling effort crash back off the woodwork (2:17) and had two further shots.
He also created four chances in earning his rating of 8.97 from WhoScored and 9/10 from the Yorkshire Evening Post.
If the 23-year-old continues to play like that for the rest of the season, then £8m could be a bargain for him.
