Some Celtic fans have been talking about the best last-minute winners the club has scored in recent history.
A Hoops-related page called Celtic1967.com recently asked fans about what their favourite last-minute winner is. Many of them made it clear that Tom Rogic’s late winner against Aberdeen at Hampden in the Scottish Cup final in 2017 was the best that they’ve seen. One of them was tied between Rogic’s goal and Olivier Ntcham’s stoppage-time winner at Lazio in the Europa League this season.

Rogic’s late-winner had come at Hampden Park against Aberdeen in the final of the Scottish Cup in 2017. The Hoops had won that game 2-1 and had thus sealed the treble under Brendan Rodgers. It was also an unbeaten treble.
Would-be Hoops man Jonny Hayes had scored first for Aberdeen. But Stuart Armstrong had equalised in two minutes later. Rogic’s winner had come in the second minute of stoppage time.
What do we think?
That goal was certainly a special one considering how big an achievement the unbeaten treble is. It is something that might not happen often in the future and since Rogic’s goal marked it, one can see why Celtic fans absolutely loved it.
