West Ham United fans have taken to Twitter to discuss a possible summer transfer for Liverpool forward Divock Origi.
This comes after West Ham fan Twitter account @hammers_chat shared a post on their page listing a number of Liverpool players how have been reported in The Mirror to be leaving the club this summer.
As well as Origi, this list includes names such as Naby Keita, Dejan Lovren, Xherdan Shaqiri, Loris Karius and Nathaniel Clyne.
Out of these players, it was the Belgian striker that caught the attention of the Hammers fans who then shared their responses to the post with their thoughts on Origi.
Would Divock Origi be a good strike partner for Seb Haller?
Yes
No
Here’s a sample of West Ham fans responding to the post:
Reports suggest Karuius, Clyne, Lovren, Shaqiri, Keita and Origi could be sold this summer, would you take any at West Ham? Rough price you’d be happy to pay for the player too?

Origi he’s not a bad finisher and can play out on the wing and up top still only 24, would suit our style of play. I’d say he’s got to be available for 20-25 mil

Origi for 15 – 20 million as I think hes a decent striker and can play across the front 3 and is also different from all the strikers/attackers we have now

The 24-year-old, who is currently valued at £18 million according to Transfermarkt, has made 36 appearances for the Merseyside club in all competitions so far this season (per Transfermarkt). Those 36 appearances have seen Origi play on the left-wing as well as the centre-forward position. Now that it has been suggested that Origi and a number of his Liverpool teammates could become available this summer, this has given lots of West Ham fans the opportunity to choose who they would take at the London club, with many in favour of Origi.
I’d take Origi in a heartbeat

What do we think?
The fact that so many West Ham fans have specifically picked out Origi from the list of potential Anfield departures this summer shows that they think the Belgian could provide a boost to the attacking line at the London Stadium.
