Not a chance he will accept this unless it’s a full wage pay off…Why would he ? Bigger fool us for offering a massively injury prone player a contract other than pay as you play

Offer him 3 million, don’t come back. Final offer.

Do you think Jack Wilshere would be one of the club's best midfielders if he could remain fit?Yes, would definitely be one of the better onesNo, he's both injury prone and not good enough |
According to the report from Football Insider, West Ham chiefs have talked about offering the 28-year-old middleman a mutual termination to his contract which has 15 months remaining.
The report comes after the English midfielder has struggled with injuries over the duration of the season which has seen him feature very little (per Daily Mail), leaving fans wanting him out.
Get all that thought it was a good idea to sign him off our wage bill too. Ridiculous, naive signing

Should never have signed him in the first place

What do we think?
Having been the second-worst performer over the occasions which the former Arsenal man has featured for the Irons in the Premier League so far this season, with a 5.99/10 average rating (per WhoScored), it is clear to see why supporters want the midfielder out.
Having had a career blighted by injuries (per Transfermarkt), though, it would be difficult to predict where Wilshere would go next if he did accept a mutual termination.
