Spurs fans have been reacting to a tweet from former assistant manager Jesus Perez.
The Spaniard, who worked alongside Mauricio Pochettino during his time at the club, was also relieved of his duties in November of last year. The 48-year-old shared a picture of himself and Pochettino on Twitter at the weekend, which naturally attracted a lot of Spurs fans, the majority of whom passed on their good wishes.

Like Pochettino, Perez is yet to make a return to football and you imagine that when Pochettino does take another job, he will bring his old assistant manager with him.
Who is the better assistant manager?
Jesus Perez
Joao Sacramento
Reaction from Spurs fans to the image of Perez can be seen in the tweets below.

These Spurs fans clearly seem to miss Perez and would love to see him back at the club one day.
What do we think?
It’s nice to see that Tottenham is still on Perez’s mind but considering current manager Jose Mourinho’s contract is set to run until 2023, it seems unlikely that the 48-year-old will be returning anytime soon.
