Spurs fans have been reacting to footage of Paulo Dybala’s goal for Juventus against Inter at the weekend.
The Argentinian scored the second for Maurizio Sarri’s side in their 2-0 win after turning the opposition defender inside-out before clinically finishing into the bottom corner. Spurs were extremely close to signing the 26-year-old during the summer transfer window until image rights reportedly prevented the deal from happening.
Since then, Dybala has shown Juventus just what they would have been missing, having averaged a superb 7.37 rating for his performances in Serie A, as per WhoScored. The former Palermo man bagged his 13th goal of the season during the win over Inter, suggesting that he could have been the ideal man to step up for Spurs in the absence of Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son in recent weeks.
Do you think Spurs should have just paid the extra fee for Dybala's image rights?
Yes
No

Levy’s fault. Tightwod. He would be banging in the goals right now and Poch would still be here.

Wouldn’t be linking up with them coz they’d all be injured anyway

These Spurs fans are clearly frustrated that they didn’t sign Dybala, although some seem to doubt that the Lilywhites were ever close to bringing the Argentinian to North London.
What do we think?
Dybala’s image rights may have added a significant fee for Spurs to pay, but considering their current form and lack of attacking options due to injuries to Kane and Son, perhaps they should have worked harder to bring the Juventus man in.
