Spurs fans have been discussing some quotes from Moussa Sissoko regarding his recovery from injury.
The French midfielder had been out since January with a knee injury but recently recovered and returned to training with the first-team squad again. Of course, we are now without Premier League football until the 30th of April at the earliest, but it seems as if the former Newcastle man is raring to go ahead of its resumption.
The 30-year-old spoke to the club, saying: “I am fine, my knee is okay. I have been training with the team for nearly two weeks now and everything is okay. I am trying to build up my fitness and trying to be ready for when we are allowed to play again.” (via LastWordonSpurs)

We don’t rate him highly but when he’s not there you realise he actually better than Winks, Wanyama,Dier and Skipp.

The majority of Spurs fans seem to be happy about Sissoko being back to fitness, however one fan raised one criticism of the midfielder.

What do we think?
Although Sissoko has struggled at times this season; averaging a 6.68 rating for his performances in the Premier League, it can only be good news that he looks to be back fit ready for when football does eventually resume.
