Spurs fans have been discussing the possibility of the Premier League being cancelled.
According to David Ornstein in The Athletic (via The Spurs Web), a number of Premier League clubs want to end the current season with immediate effect and replay it in full when it is deemed safe to do so. The Premier League is currently suspended, along with the EFL, due to the current viral outbreak and it seems as if some top-flight clubs feel that the season should be declared null and void.
All leagues below the National League have now been cancelled and there seems to be a growing movement amongst Premier League clubs that they should follow suit. This would, of course, upset fans of clubs such as Liverpool and Leicester City considering their respective positions, but for Spurs, it could represent an opportunity to re-enter the Champions League next season.
Reaction from Spurs fans to the news on the Premier League potentially being cancelled can be seen in the tweets below.

These Spurs fans seem to agree that the Premier League should be cancelled, with one fan suggesting that they would be the biggest winners from the decision.
Would you be happy if this season was just written off?
Yes
No
What do we think?
It is still up in the air when or if the Premier League season will finish, but if all results are expunged and the season is declared null and void, then you have got to think that both Jose Mourinho and Daniel Levy will be more than happy to benefit from that.
