Spurs fans have been discussing the possibility that Heung-Min Son, Harry Kane, and Moussa Sissoko could all be back fit by the time the Premier League resumes in April.

It was announced on Friday that the Premier League and EFL will be postponed until April at the earliest, to try and combat the spread of the pandemic. However, the break could well represent good news for Jose Mourinho, as it allows those currently out injured more time to rest and recover ahead of a return before the end of the season.

A post from COYS.com has speculated that all three players could well be back for Spurs’ game against Sheffield United on the 4th April, which is the North London club’s next scheduled game. Kane himself suggested earlier this month that he was hopeful of a return before the end of the season, saying he was hoping for a comeback “somewhere between the start and the middle of April”, per the Evening Standard.

With regards to Son, Mourinho suggested that he would be out for the rest of the season, so it is currently difficult to see him making a return in April, whilst Sissoko recently re-joined full training after recovering from his knee injury.

Who is Spurs' top scorer in all competitions so far this season?

These Spurs fans seem to agree that if the Premier League does resume in April, it will be good news that they have some players back fit.

What do we think?

Of course, it will be a boost for Mourinho should he have his two top scorers this season back in his side but at this point, it is impossible to speculate whether the Premier League will actually finish this season.
