A lot of Newcastle United fans have taken to Twitter to drool over a Papiss Cisse goal during his first half-season with the club.
The Senegalese striker arrived in January 2012 from Freiburg and scored 13 goals in his first 14 games for the club.
One of which was this fine finish against Norwich City on the 18th of March 2012.
Was this one of Cisse's best goals for Newcastle?
Yes
No
The footage released by Newcastle shows Jonas Gutierrez pick up the ball on the left (0:03) and drive to the edge of the box – where he then curls a delightful ball into the box that Cisse meets perfectly with the outside of his boot. (0:05)
The ball then flies into the top corner (0:05), and this goal and the memory of Cisse has pleased these Toon fans.

A striker who scored when the ball was at his feet, now we’ve a striker who just falls over his own feet

What do we think?
This was a stunning goal by Cisse; however, to us, it was not even in his top three of that incredible first few months.
His debut goal against Aston Villa (0:55), his chip away at Swansea City (4:12), and his ridiculous volley against Chelsea (5:56) were all, in our opinion, better.
