A lot of Newcastle United fans have taken to Twitter to express their disappointment after it emerged that the Toon are considering a double swoop for Robbie Brady and Jeff Hendrick.
A report in TEAMtalk claims that Newcastle are considering making a double offer for the Republic of Ireland duo – with both of their contracts expiring at the end of the season.
However, it is thought that Newcastle are not the only side interested – with Celtic and ‘over half a dozen’ other Premier League and Championship teams also keen on Hendrick and Brady.
If Newcastle signed either, who would you prefer?
Brady
Hendrick
This news has not gone down well with these Newcastle fans, who do not want either player at the club.

For a minute I was hoping one of the ‘pair’s would be Dwight McNeil. Why aren’t I surprised

What do we think?
Hendrick has made 139 appearances for Burnley and scored 10 goals for Sean Dyche’s men – since signing from Derby County, he has only missed 18 league games, showcasing his worth to this Clarets side.
Brady, on the other hand, was with Steve Bruce at Hull City, and Bruce is thought to be an admirer of the 28-year-old because he can play in many positions.
It will be interesting to see if Newcastle make a move for either in the summer.
