A lot of Newcastle United fans have responded to a tweet from NUFC 360 calling out the likes of Rio Ferdinand, Richard Keys and Dennis Wise after Mike Ashley’s latest act.
The Sports Direct owner tried to keep his stores open despite Boris Johnson ordering all ‘non-essential’ stores to close to help stop the spread of this virus.
Sports Direct, though, tried to stay open before they were ordered to shut.
Do you think anyone will support Ashley after what he did?
Yes, but they shouldn't
No, no one will
In response, though, Sports Direct raised the prices of numerous items.
However, people who have defended him in the past have not said anything, and this led to NUFC 360 asking them to stand up for Ashley.
This has gathered a lot of replies from these Toon fans.
Will Mike Ashley’s puppets/cronies speak out against his vile actions? Keeping a non-essential shop open and hiking prices by 50% during a pandemic? Is that ok lads?@richardajkeys @rioferdy5 @denniswise to name but a few.

What do we think?
Ferdinand has claimed in the past that Newcastle fans should thank Mike Ashley while Keys and Wise have all also defended the Newcastle owner in the past.
However, it seems that this latest act from Ashley was even too far for some of his so-called ‘puppets’, and, in our opinion, he should not get away with this.
