Some Manchester City fans have been left talking by the latest tweet that their midfielder Phil Foden sent out.
Foden’s tweet came on the 13th of March and it had a picture of him trying to tackle David Silva off the ball. The post also carried a message for the fans to stay safe following the viral outbreak. He also said that the team is ‘working hard’ despite the suspension of the Premier League.
Does Phil Foden deserve to play more at Man City?
He has to play more
No, his time will come
On reading this post, many City fans got talking. Some wished Foden well, while others told him to stay away from Silva.
Even if I was a player I wouldn’t try and tackle silva. Wouldnt want to hurt him or annoy him or anything ?

The 19-year-old Foden has made 14 Premier League appearances, with only three of them being starts. He did start the club’s recent Premier League game against Manchester United and got an assist for the Citizens against Arsenal.
The Englishman has been in good form for City in the Champions League, having scored twice and assisted twice while playing only 187 minutes of football for the club.
What do we think?
This is Silva’s last season at City and it has been confirmed that the Spaniard is set to leave at the end of the campaign. The comments of some City fans do show how much of a prized possession he has been for the club.
