Loris Karius is currently on loan to Besiktas in the Turkish Super Lig until the end of the season – and will possibly remain there beyond then if the Istanbul-based club decides to take up their option to buy the 26-year-old – though reports have suggested that may not be the case.
According to Fotospor, the German goalkeeper, who is valued at £4.5 million (as per Transfermarkt), has claimed the floodlight system currently being used in Turkey is affecting his vision.

What do we think?
It’s clear from the responses of these supporters that they’re not buying any of it. It remains to be seen whether or not the former Mainz goalkeeper will ever play for Liverpool again, but with the club having spent £56.25m on Alisson in July 2018 we can assume if he was to return to Anfield, he’d have to settle for a role as a reserve goalkeeper.
