Liverpool’s Harry Wilson celebrated his birthday over the weekend and the club dedicated a social media post to the 23-year-old on Twitter.
The winger has scored six goals in the Premier League this season while on loan at Bournemouth and here’s how some of the supporters have responded to the post.
Would you give Harry Wilson a chance at Anfield next season?
Yes
No

One fan even called him Fernando Torres junior, which could be for a number of reasons. Interestingly, it has been said that Harry Wilson has a resemblance to the Spaniard in terms of looks and he’s already spoken about how he wants to mirror the achievements of the former Anfield star.

Klopp knows something about this fella that we probably don’t. I don’t understand why he’s always getting loaned out

What do we think?
Harry Wilson is currently on loan at Bournemouth but is due to return to Anfield at the end of the season (via Transfermarkt.co.uk). The Welshman, who spent the last campaign on loan at Derby County has made 23 Premier League appearances for the Cherries this season, playing 56% of their total minutes. His average performance rating currently stands at 6.64/10 according to WhoScored.com and he’s valued at £19.8m by Transfermarkt.
Based on the responses above, it’s clear that many of these supporters are hoping Wilson will be given an opportunity to impress at Anfield rather than being loaned out again or sold.
