What do we think?
It may be fair to say that Vardy’s six seasons as a Premier League player have been impressive, considering his first season in England’s top-flight began in 2014 when the forward was already 27 years old – an age at which German club RB Leipzig reportedly rejected Vardy for being “too old”, as reported by itv.com, via Sport Bild magazine.
Now 33 years old, the forward has scored a total of 19 goals in his 26 Premier League appearances so far this season, adding to his impressive record which has helped him reach 29th place in the Premier League’s all-time goalscoring rankings.
