Watched him against Lyon last week I think it was and he looked decent tbf. Left footed aswell to add much needed balance. Tbf Lille has a few players I’d like us to take ??? Maignan, Celik, Gabriel, Soumare, Sanches, Ikone & Osimhen…

Do you think that Gabriel Magalhães would be a good addition for the Toffees?Yes, it's an area we need to improveNo, we could get someone better |
Over the duration of the season, Magalhães has been the fourth-best performer for his current club in Ligue 1, with a solid 6.93/10 average rating (per WhoScored).
According to the tweet from Schira, Carlo Ancelotti has even had a meeting with the player’s agent, however, some supporters were not as sure on the supposed move.
So what does this mean for Yerry ? Clearly holgate isn’t going anywhere

Seems like he is good on the ball, quick , athletic but no idea how good a defender he is from a quick look on Youtube

There will be a glut of players on the market many will have to sell to survive

What do we think?
When in comparison with one of the club’s current centre-backs, Yerry Mina, Magalhães appears to have very similar defensive statistics in the Ligue 1 compared to Mina in the Premier League.
In terms of tackles per league game, the Colombian has 1.5 and the Brazilian has 1.7, then, in terms of interceptions per league game, Mina has 1.0 and Magalhães has 0.8, so, the two could be very similar in their defensive abilities.
