Fans of Everton have been left furious following a stat which was posted to Twitter on the number of penalties the Toffees have been awarded this season.
According to The Gwladys Street, the Goodison Park club is the only side in the Premier League that has not been awarded a penalty so far this season, which had supporters livid.

While the stat led to fury from the Goodison Park faithful, it was not entirely true, as Newcastle United have not been awarded a penalty either (per Transfermarkt).
Sunday’s opponents, Manchester United, have been awarded the most, having been awarded ten penalties in the Premier League (per Transfermarkt). Everton supporters, however, continued to show their anger over not being awarded one.

What do we think?
As can be gauged from the responses, some Everton fans seem as though they are starting to believe that there is some kind of agenda against the Goodison Park club.
However, with the Toon having gone without receiving a penalty also (per Transfermarkt), that seems a little bit of a far-fetched conclusion.
