What is your overall opinion of Gylfi Sigurdsson currently?Positive, doesn't deserve the stickNegative, he just needs to leave |
Over the duration of this season, the former Swansea City middleman has been the tenth-best performer in the Premier League for the Goodison Park club, with a 6.68/10 average rating (per WhoScored).
However, following the footage post from the Premier League, Everton supporters continued to slate the Icelandic international.

What do we think?
The goal in the footage from Sigurdsson is certainly a stunner (per Premier League), although it is slightly ironic that the Toffees went on to lose that game 4-1 to the Saints (per BBC).
With the 30-year-old midfielder having only contributed one goal and two assists over 26 appearances in the league this season (per WhoScored), that is the likely cause of supporters’ frustration with Sigurdsson.
