Supporters of Everton have been reacting to the latest news on the transfer rumour linking LOSC Lille’s Gabriel Magalhaes with the Toffees.
According to the Mirror, talks are underway between the Toffees and the Ligue 1 club over a £30-million deal for the Brazilian defender, however, Yerry Mina or Michael Keane would have to be offloaded in the process (via @TheGwladysStreet), which worried some fans.
Carlo Ancelotti will make Gabriel Magalhaes his first Everton signing. Talks are already underway with Lille over a £30m deal. Who would you rather the Toffees got rid of if they had to lose one?Michael KeaneYerry Mina |

Keep Mina. Get rid of Keane

We need to offload Keane as he is way more of a reliability. Idon’t understand selling Mina, early on in the season he was one of our best players.

If true then Keane would be the one to go ????

What do we think?
When considering the basic defensive pillars of tackles and interceptions, the decision over Mina or Keane becomes less clear, with the Colombian making a greater number of tackles on average but Keane boasting more interceptions (per WhoScored).
Over the duration of the season so far, Mina makes 1.5 tackles per Premier League game on average, whereas the Englishman makes 1.1, however, Keane makes 1.3 interceptions on average whereas Mina makes 1.0 (per WhoScored).
