Everton left-back Lucas Digne recently took to Twitter to declare that he misses “this feeling”, a statement that the 26-year-old accompanied with a picture of himself in action for the Toffees at Goodison Park.
Digne’s recent tweet has prompted some Everton fans to respond, sharing that they too have a desire to get back to enjoying their football at Goodison Park following the postponement of the professional game in England, which was announced on Friday 13th March, effectively putting a stop to the Premier League season, with the initial “intention of returning on 4 April”, according to premierleague.com.
Read the responses of some Everton fans who have shared Digne’s apparent desire to get back to enjoying football at Goodison Park in the tweets below.

What do we think?
Everton fans haven’t had the chance to see a home Premier League game since 1st March when they drew 1-1 with Manchester United. The recent postponement of English football also resulted in the postponement of the Merseyside derby that was set to take place at Goodison Park.
With no professional football being played in England at the moment, it may be understandable why some Everton fans have been sharing their feelings of desire to get back to enjoying the game at Goodison Park on social media.
It may also be understandable why the £31.5m-rated Digne has shared that he misses the feeling of playing his football at Goodison Park, considering that he has not played in a home Premier League game for Everton since 8th February.
