Supporters of Everton have been left furious with quotes from Paul Robinson on the Toffees’ on-loan attacker Yannick Bolasie.
In an interview with Football Insider, the retired goalkeeper aired that he thought Ancelotti “will see Bolasie as a new signing” (via @TheGwladysSt), which left fans fuming.

During last summer, the former Crystal Palace winger made a loan move to Liga NOS outfit Sporting CP for the duration of the season (per BBC Sport).
While on loan in Portugal, Bolasie has been the eighth-best performer for his side in the league with a 6.76/10 average rating (per WhoScored), however, some Everton fans still felt that the winger is not good enough as they strongly disagreed with Robinson’s claim.

As can be seen in the responses, it is clear that Robinson’s comments have slightly riled up Everton supporters who could not disagree more with the former goalkeeper.
With Bolasie only having bagged two goals and four assists over 32 appearances for Everton since signing for the Toffees (per Transfermarkt), it is difficult to argue with the Goodison Park faithful.
